Publications include a variety of media. The first China Project survey is an 896 page monograph mostly comprised of the technical details of the data collected in the 1983 diet and lifestyle survey, combined with the 1973-75 mortality survey, along with a description of study methods and a brief compilation of comparative results for Chinese and Western individuals. The text is published both in Chinese and English, and the data are primarily useful for individuals who wish to analyze and publish original interpretations. Copies are available from Cornell University Press.

The data from the second study is now available on-line at the Clinical Trial Service Unit & Epidemiological Studies Unit of Oxford website.
