Selection Tips
All berries are plump, dry, firm, well shaped, and uniformly a black to purplish black color.
Best Way to Store
Berries are among the most perishable of fruits. Check for bruised berries. Remove soft, overripe berries and use immediately. Keep blueberries no longer than five days in a shallow plate and cover with paper towels and plastic wrap to retain moisture. Or up to several months frozen.
How to Prepare
Rinse fruit, drain and gently pat until dry.
