Selection Tips
The carrot will be firm and smooth, with an orange to orange-red color.

Best Way to Store
Refrigerate in plastic bag for 2-6 weeks. For longer periods of time either pack in sand and keep in cool place or freeze after blanching, rinsing with cold water, and packing in airtight container.

How to Prepare
Scrub with water to remove dirt. Do not peel to retain nutrients. Serve raw, steamed, boiled, or juiced. Can be diced, sliced, or cut into chunks.
