Selection Tips
Cherries are large, glossy, plump, hard and dark colored for their variety.

Best Way to Store
Check for bruises. Remove soft, overripe cheeries and use immediately. Loosely place unwashed cheeries in plastic bag or covered in a shallow pan and refrigerate for up to one week. Frozen cheeries will keep for up to one year.

How to Prepare
Rinse fruit, drain and gently pat until dry. Stem maybe removed or retained depending on how the cherry will be prepared.

Raw, salads, pies, tarts, cakes, jellies, jams, preserves, sauces, pickles and candies.
