Selection Tips
All berries are plump, dry, firm, well shaped, and uniformly a bright red color. No stems or caps are attached.

Best Way to Store
Check for bruised berries. Remove soft, overripe berries and use immediately. Cranberries store well in the refrigerator for up one month and in the freezer for as long as a year.

How to Prepare
Rinse fruit, drain and gently pat until dry.
