Selection Tips
All berries are plump, firm, well shaped, and uniformly a red or white color.

Best Way to Store
Check for bruised berries. Remove soft, overripe berries and use immediately. Refrigerate unwashed, and in a plastic bag for up to one week

How to Prepare
Rinse fruit, drain and gently pat until dry. Leave the bunch whole, or divide into smaller bunches for serving.
