This radish will be evenly shaped and firm, with a glossy surface.

Best Way to Store
For short term storage the root and and leaves can be refrigerated in a plastic bag. For longer periods of up to several months, keep in cool location as a root cellar.

How to Prepare
Scrub off dirt and trim stem end and tip. Remove skin, if desired, to reduce pungent taste. Finely sliced, chopped, or grated and used raw. If cooked steamed or simmered.
