Selection Tips
All berries are soft and a light amber color. The larger berries are the best tasting.

Best Way to Store
Berries are among the most perishable of fruits. Check for bruised berries. Remove soft, overripe berries and use immediately. Keep berries no longer than two days in a shallow plate and cover with paper towels and plastic wrap to retain moisture.

How to Prepare
Rinse fruit, drain and gently pat until dry.
