Selection Tips
Individual grapes are plump, uniformly shaped and tightly attached to moist, flexible stems. The color is an important indicator of freshness and sweetness. The color should be a true yellow-green, crimson red, or a dark blue depending on variety.
Best Way to Store
Check for bruised berries. Remove soft, overripe berries and use immediately. Refrigerate unwashed, and in a plastic bag for up to one week
How to Prepare
Rinse fruit, drain and gently pat until dry. Leave the bunch whole, or divide into smaller bunches for serving.
