Selection Tips
Select large, bright green pods that are plump and snap easily. This is the sweetest and most flavorful stage.

Best Way to Store
Use fresh. Refrigerate in plastic bag for up to 5 days. Blanch for freezing and pack in airtight container. Crispness will be lost when frozen.

How to Prepare
Snap off stem tips and shell peas. Serve raw in salads or as a snack. If cooked blanch, steam, deep fry, saute, steam.
